About the Project
Custom branding and patch design for county emergency service programs, created to inspire pride, professionalism, and community engagement.
I developed visual identities for two important emergency services initiatives in Calhoun County: the Emergency Management Division's Junior Emergency Managers program (JEMS) and the county's Emergency Medical Services team. Each project required a balance of professionalism, symbolism, and strong visual impact.
I designed the JEMS logo to appeal to young participants while still reflecting the mission and values of emergency preparedness and community service. For EMS, I created a new logo and embroidered patch design that conveyed authority, trust, and team pride. While delivering the final design files was rewarding, seeing the finished patch produced and embroidered brought the project to life in a whole new way.
