About the Project
A large-scale government website focused on accessibility, clarity, and user-friendly navigation for South Carolina public employees.
The South Carolina Public Employee Benefit Authority (PEBA) website serves thousands of state employees, retirees, and their families. My role centered on improving the design, enhancing usability, and ensuring that complex benefits information was easy to navigate and understand.
I collaborated with stakeholders to streamline the site’s information architecture, prioritizing user needs and improving the overall user experience. Special attention was given to accessibility and compliance with government standards to ensure the site is inclusive for all users.
